This year I was called as the Girls Camp director for our Ward so I
was able to attend Girls Camp. I had so much fun!!! We went to
Heber Valley Camp located in (that's right you guessed it) Heber
Valley Utah.I was able to go up for the entire time and camp
lasted a week, Monday through Friday. Our camp site was
wonderful. We slept in Cabins and had hot showers,
bathrooms and a outdoor kitchen area. Cliff went to scout camp
the week before I went to girls camp. They went to Bear Lake and
slept in tents and cooked over a fire so he kept referring to our
Girls camp this year as "Camp Cupcake." I am pretty sure
he is just jealous. Anyway the Girls were so great and we were able
to do a lot of fun stuff. I'm so glad I was able to go!!
Deon! I was wondering how girls camp went! I'm glad you survived and had fun! I missed seeing you at the office when I took Evi in for her checkup. Hope everything is going well for you guys! Miss ya!
ReplyDeleteThat is a fun calling! I'm glad you had fun up there! I went to that same camp for girls camp my last year, it is a sweet place. Doesn't get any better than hot showers ;)
